Refund or exchange policy needs to be outlined
A refund is given if the product is faulty at no expense to the customer
except for the freight for return & replacement of the product, after goods have been returned to site.
Where possible a replacement product will be sent at no charge, however in some circumstances such as where the product has been ordered incorrectly or the customer has not requested clearly their requirements in writing, the customer may be requested to absorb freight costs. A re-stocking fee may apply where the goods have been ordered in specifically for the customer.

A 2- year supplier warranty applies. Product warranties vary.

Delivery timeframes
Timeframes vary for different products and different locations.
2 weeks would be an average lead-time.

Return timeframes
Return of goods should be within 3 weeks of receipt of the goods or the fault displayed in order to gain a refund

Stipulate postage if extra or inclusive of price
Freight charges will apply as per calculated at check-out. For customers local to the Ballarat region, freight may be included.

Privacy Policy – Card holder information
We do not keep the card details of our customers. Dockets kept from our EFTPOS machine hold the last 4 digits only, if phone orders are placed.

Our prices for the general customer will be inclusive of gst, however customers- business to business will have discounted rates and see excluding gst until check-out
