This is made to the manufacturer's standard design with custom Length, Depth & Height.
The front lip will be 40mm. Unable to to do other face styles.

Fixed shelf at gap of 680mm down below front height in 25mm melamine.
If overall height from standard is lowered, then shelf goes lower than standard 400mm off floor.
4 leg fixed height steel frame in 50 x 50mm square tube includes adjustable feet
